Last week was a whirlwind as I moderated a discussion with my friend Daniel Silva up in Baltimore. Then it was off to St. Louis, where 80-plus folks turned out to talk about the great 1968 Cardinals team at the main library there. The weekend found me at the Gaithersburg Book Festival with many of writing buds, including Alma Katsu, Herta Feely, Tim Gay and Richard Peabody.
